We are a small family who lives in a little town in the middle of Sweden. Borlänge is the name of the place. It´s about 2.5 ours driving north from Stockholm. The family it´s me Jane and my husband Joakim. We call him Jocke. We also have a doughter, she was born in november 2004. Her name is Meja.
Together we share a large intrest Dogs. The dogs we have are for us family members and mostley they are with us all the time. We spend much time in the nature, in autum we do a lot of hunting, mostley in the mountains but also in the forest. In springtime we do a lot of training, skiing, and some snowracing. I (Jane) have always, since a was a little girl had a favorite
subjekt, anilmals! 1989 I bught my first dog, it was a pudel, of course I had him together with my family. The name of the dog was Chick, I did som shows with him with good results. But after a while som other big intrest took over, horses. I spend a lot of time in the stable for many years ahead so the "dog thing" went up on the shelf for a while.
1997 I meet Jocke and together in our family he bought the golden, Åfelia. After a while we decided to by one more dog, we wanted a dog who is able to be out with us fore a long time. And a dog who has a little more speed. The choice was a gordonsetter, a choice we never regret.
In mars 1998, a female puppie was born, our "Geisha" Vidjoels Hanna Glavari. Geisha was a very beautiful gordonsetter, she has a lot of prices in shows. She has also proof that she is a good hunter, a bitch with good hunting spirit, and very strong. Unfortunately we have not start her in trial. With that kind of a dog, we had the idea to start a kennel. Of course we wanted a puppie after Geisha. 2002 our first litter was born, we keept a bitch and named her Glavaris All Sain´s Aska. The first trail for her and Jocke she got a 3:rd price in young stake!! I was the shooter, so the feeling was great when I shooted for my own dog!
1999 I went on a school ( Kungsörs Hundvårdsskola) and lern how to groom I stayed there for 6 month. It was a wounderful time when I learned a lot. Now I do some groming at home, in my own company Glavaris Hundvård.
Our life, with the dogs take a lot of time, but what would the life be without theese lovely dogs??
